Historic Mansfield will experience a renaissance as the center of community life much as it was 100 years ago. It will be a vibrant place where people live, work, and play in a unique business environment surrounded by revitalized neighborhoods. As the thriving heart of a dynamic city, Historic Mansfield will be the natural gathering spot for everyday life, festivals, and celebrations.
The mission of DMi is to promote, support, and encourage the revitalization and historic relevance of the area known as Historic Mansfield.
- Advocate revitalized neighborhoods in Historic Mansfield

WHO WE ARE
Downtown Mansfield, inc. and Discover Historic Mansfield, Inc. are sister non-profit organizations that are working toward the preservation and revitalization of Historic Mansfield. DHM is the 501(6)(c) sibling and DMi is the 501(c)(3) sibling. Your donation to DMi is tax deductable.
You may recognize DHM from some of our previous work. We brought these events and projects to you:
The Mansfield Music & Arts Festival, Wurstfest, the Hot Beats & Cold Brews festival series, the Mansfield 88 Painted Pianos project, Third Thursdays in Downtown, the giant water balloon fight at The Lot, and more. For a while, we operated the Farr Best Theater. Fairly recently, the Arts Festival, Wurstfest and the Farr Best Theater have been handed off to the City.
As incubators, DMi and DHM call a project or event a success when we can hatch the egg and watch the bird fly on its own.
