DMi is proud to support The LOT as a gathering place for Downtown, Some days, it is where to come to see your kid perform, or a place where money is raised for cancer victims. Other days, it is the home of a giant water balloon fight, or the place where you enjoy your favorite new band or relax under the stars while enjoying your favorite movie.
Most importantly,
it’s a place where you can find your inner Mansfield.
Located at 110 South Main Street, The LOT is right in the middle of the historic Downtown Mansfield district, just across the street from the site of the old grist mill where Mansfield was born.
VENUE & FACILITIES
Capacity
The grand lawn of The LOT Downtown can hold approximately 2,000 people, with numerous spaces and paved area surrounding the grand lawn for vendors and food trucks.
Facilities
The LOT Downtown is a 2.5-acre facility equipped as an outdoor concert venue, with a state-of-the-art stage and open lawn seating. Patrons are invited to bring lawn chairs, blankets, coolers, and picnics. No glass containers are allowed. Currently, portable public restrooms are made available for large-scale events. As of mid-2022, The LOT is both owned and managed by the City of Mansfield.
Nearby Amenities
There are restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops, a brewery, a museum and a convenience store within easy walking distance. And, it is one block away from a trail head for our linear park trails.
Parking
There are hundreds of free parking spaces available in areas surrounding The LOT.

Programming at The LOT Downtown provides a platform for culturally diverse live music, movies, community programs, festivals, and innovative community experiences. Tickets
Most programs and events presented by The LOT Downtown are free, although some special events may require a paid ticket. The LOT Downtown is available for rental by third-party vendors and organizations.
